Flight Options

We partner with JSX and SkyWest Charter for direct service into Lajitas. Aircraft are configured with 30 seats.

• From Dallas (DAL)
• JSX: departs at 8:15 am
• SkyWest Charter: departs at 9:00 am
• From Houston (IAH): departs at 9:00 am
• From Austin (AUS – Million Air at Austin Bergstrom): departs at 9:00 am
  

All return flights depart Lajitas at 2:30 pm.

Booking, Payment & Cancellation

Once we receive your group details and you confirm, we will:

• Send a group agreement (signature required within 7 days)
• Provide individual payment links for airfare and resort portions
• Or set up a Master Bill if one party is paying for the group

Charter Arrival (Fly-In)

• Airfare: charged at time of booking, non‑refundable, and serves as your deposit
• Resort portion: charged 60 days prior to arrival
• Bookings inside 60 days: airfare and resort portions are charged at booking
• Incidentals and food & beverage: settled at checkout

Charter Cancellation Terms

• 90+ days prior: resort portion refunded less 10%
• 60–90 days prior: resort portion refunded less 50%
• Inside 60 days: resort portion non‑refundable
• Airfare: non‑refundable, but name substitutions accepted up to 48 hours before departure

Drive-In Arrival

• Resort portion: charged at booking
• Incidentals and food & beverage: settled at checkout

Drive-In Cancellation Terms

• 90+ days prior: resort portion refunded less 10%
• 60–90 days prior: resort portion refunded less 50%
• Inside 60 days: resort portion non‑refundable

Food & Beverage Reservations

• Must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to avoid a $50 per person cancellation/no‑show fee.

Golfers Package – What’s Included

Each Golf Package includes:

• Roundtrip air direct from Dallas, Houston, or Austin (per the flight schedule)
• 2 nights / 3 days deluxe accommodations (Wednesday–Friday or Friday–Sunday)
• OR 3 nights / 4 days (Sunday–Wednesday), with Sunday night at no additional charge
• 3 rounds of golf per person on Black Jack’s Crossing
• Complimentary bottled water
• Unlimited use of the driving range and practice facilities
• Shuttle service to and from the airport and around the resort, including luggage and golf bag transfers

High Season Package Rates

High Season: February 16 – June 15 and September 16 – December 15

Rates apply to Sunday–Wednesday, Wednesday–Friday, or Friday–Sunday (charter or drive‑in) and include 3 rounds of golf per person and round‑trip air. Final package costs are typically within ±10% of the rates below; I will confirm actuals based on your dates and room types.

Per person, plus tax:

• Deluxe Queen/Queen (double occupancy): $2,848
• Deluxe King (single occupancy): $3,494
• Boardwalk Condo – 2 people (both single occupancy):
  2BR (King + Q/Q), 3.5 bath, full kitchen, living, dining – $3,593
• Boardwalk Condo – 3 people (1 single, 1 double):
  2BR (King + Q/Q), 3.5 bath, full kitchen, living, dining – $3,193
• Lakeside Cottage – 2 people (both single occupancy):
  2BR (K/K + K/K), 3 bath, full kitchen, living, dining, patio – $3,713
• Lakeside Cottage – 4 people (double occupancy):
  2BR (K/K + K/K), 3 bath, full kitchen, living, dining, patio – $3,144

All flights are subject to cancellation and prices may change without notice due to fuel costs and charter operator adjustments.

Low Season Package Rates

Low Season: December 16 – February 15 and June 16 – September 14

Same stay patterns and inclusions as High Season. Final package costs are typically within ±10% of the rates below; I will confirm actuals based on your dates and room types.

Per person, plus tax:

• Deluxe Queen/Queen (double occupancy): $2,478
• Deluxe King (single occupancy): $2,899
• Boardwalk Condo – 2 people (both single occupancy):
  2BR (King + Q/Q), 3.5 bath, full kitchen, living – $2,993
• Boardwalk Condo – 3 people (1 single, 1 double):
  2BR (King + Q/Q), 3.5 bath, full kitchen, living, dining – $2,760
• Lakeside Cottage – 2 people (both single occupancy):

• Lakeside Cottage – 4 people (double occupancy):
